This feature allows a user to export a form into a format so their clients can view the form without using the ADLForms program.
It is important that the client you are transferring the file to has a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed so they can view the file (downloadable from www.adobe.com).

Open or create the form you wish to email

Click on <Save as PDF File>

It will prompt you to save the form
Choose the folder you wish to save the form in, give the form an appropriate file name and click <Save>

Create a new email with the email program that you use, then add the saved form as an attachment
