Day of Month Fields

Day of Month fields are sometimes used where a date in a form is required to be entered in the form, "The 1st day of August in the year 2005". In this case the day, the month and the year are all separate fields.

The Day of Month field is unique in that it will automatically format for you (eg. If you type "1" it will automatically format to "1st", also "2" formats to "2nd", "3" to "3rd", etc).
