Updating Agent Details

When you change your registration details through the ADLForms program the details will not automatically update on saved forms. This is a feature of ADLForms that ensures all saved forms are exactly as they were when completed.

 

Note: If you wish to make changes to your registration details refer to Changing Agency Details.

 

To update the Agent details on a saved form please follow these steps:

 

1.

Open the form you wish to update the details in

 

2.

Right click in the Agent Name field

 

3.

A popup menu will appear

 

Select the option 'Update Registration Details'

 

4.

The Agent Details on the form, will be updated to be exactly as they appear in the <Options> window within the ADLForms program
